The Portfolio Walk is a photographic walk through the Southwest Photo Summit fine-art and documentary portfolios. Attendees may view contemporary photography and engage in dialogue with the artists as well as the extended photographic community. As this is an a la carte option, anyone may register to participate.

 

This event is included for participants of the Portfolio Reviews.

Whether you are looking for feedback, expanding your network, or career opportunities, meeting with portfolio reviewers is a major step in elevating your work. Meet one-on-one with thoughtful gallerists, curators, publishers, editors, and others.

 

Photographers may register for either (4) or (7) portfolio reviews that occur on Saturday, December 8, 2012. You receive up to four reviews per session. Reviewers are chosen on a first-registered, first-served scheduling basis.

 

• The Portfolio Reviews include participation in the Portfolio Walk and the online Photographer's Listing.

 

// SUMMIT RECEPTION & PRINT RAFFLE - $30

You can purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win photographic prints by the 2012 Choice Award winners, proceeds benefit CENTER's Photographer's Scholarship Fund. Raffle Tickets are 1 for $10; 3 for $25 and 13 for $100. You need not be present to win.

// AN ELEVATED EVENING: DINNER & PRESENTATION
$60 for participants, $125 for non-participants ($200 per couple)

Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012 8pm-10pm

 

You are invited to join us for An Elevated Evening with reviewers and photographers celebrating excellence in photography with the Santa Fe photographic community. A delicious, holiday buffet dinner will be provided by Pinon Catering, followed by an inspirational presentation of photographic images.

 

Proceeds from An Elevated Evening tickets benefit CENTER's Photographer's Scholarship Fund.

 

// ACCOMMODATIONS

 

All events take place at the historic and beautiful IHM Retreat Center, home of the CENTER offices and the Santa Fe Workshops. The overnight accommodations are on the same campus and offer a retreat-style experience only minutes away from downtown Santa Fe. 


Rooms on campus are economical and limited. There are many fine hotels in downtown Santa Fe which are approximately 1.5 miles away from the IHM campus. Learn more.
